Estimates

Estimates provided through this website or by phone are free and non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties.

Contracts and deposits

All work is performed under a written home improvement contract as required by California law. Deposits are capped at $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. You have a three-business-day right to cancel after signing.

Warranty

Workmanship is covered by the Black Horse 12-year guarantee described on our warranty page and in your contract.

License

Black Horse Painting is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, license #1095508. Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the CSLB, which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors. Contact CSLB at 1-800-321-CSLB or www.cslb.ca.gov.
