The Inland Empire's Finest in High-End Residential Painting.
Sanded. Primed. Sealed. Then painted. Every home backed by a 12-year guarantee and 77+ reviews.

Hands-on owner. High-standard crews.
Manny and his wife, Nancy, built Black Horse on one idea: homeowners deserve a painting company they never have to chase. Manny runs the field. He hires people who care about the details as much as he does and holds every crew to one written standard. You'll often find him on site, checking the prep with the crew and pitching in where it helps.
When the owner is this close to the work, problems get caught early, questions get answered fast, and your home gets the attention it deserves.
The part you can't
see from the street.
It decides whether your house still looks good in five years or starts chalking in two.
Gallons. Full coverage.
A standard exterior takes 25 to 30 gallons. We don't cut that.
Sealed before painted.
Sanded. Primed. Caulked. Every corner and every fascia seam sealed. Then, and only then, paint.

Straight answers before you call.
How much does it cost to paint a house in Rancho Cucamonga?
It depends on square footage, stories, stucco condition and how much wood repair is needed, so we quote one written price after walking the property with you. The estimate, color consult and prep assessment are free, and the price does not change unless you approve a change first.
Do you offer a warranty on painting work?
Yes. Every Black Horse paint job is backed by a 12-year written guarantee covering workmanship: peeling, blistering, flaking or chipping caused by how the surface was prepped or the paint was applied. Cabinet refinishing carries a 5-year guarantee.
What areas do you serve?
Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Chino Hills, Chino, Montclair, San Antonio Heights, Diamond Bar, Claremont and Redlands, plus nearby Inland Empire communities by request. Call (951) 518-8404 to confirm your address.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Black Horse Painting holds California CSLB license #1095508 and is licensed, bonded and insured. The license number is on every estimate and contract.
How long does an exterior paint job take?
A typical single-family exterior takes 4 to 7 working days: pressure washing and prep, sealing and priming, two full coats, and a final walkthrough with you. Larger homes or heavy wood repair add time, and we tell you before we start.
Three steps. Thirty seconds.
Tell us what you're painting and we'll come walk it with you. No percentage-off gimmicks, no sales. One honest price.
