The owner walks every job.
Black Horse Painting is a family-owned Inland Empire painting company built on one idea: the part you can't see from the street is the part that matters.

Hands-on owner. High-standard crews.
Manny started painting homes in the Inland Empire as a one-man crew. The business grew because the work held up, and homeowners told their neighbors. Today you'll often find him on site, checking the prep with the crew and pitching in where it helps. If a surface is not sanded right, it gets redone before the next coat.
The company used to trade as Prominent Painting. The rebrand to Black Horse Painting came with the same owner, the same crews, the same license and the same phone number. What changed is the name. What did not change is the standard.
The Black Horse standard
- 25 to 30 gallons on a standard exterior. Full, even coverage that holds up to the Inland Empire sun.
- Prep before paint. Every surface washed, sanded, primed and sealed before any color goes on.
- Your home, protected. Floors, furniture and landscaping covered, and the job site cleaned up every day.
- Always in the loop. Daily written updates with photos, and a conversation before anything changes.
- 12 years, in writing. A workmanship guarantee you can hold us to.
Owned and run by Manny and Nancy.
Black Horse Painting is owned and run by Manny Anguiano and his wife, Nancy. Husband and wife. Co-owners. Family owned is not a slogan here. It is two people who answer for every job.

Same crews. Same standard.
A team of W2 painters, all working to the same written prep and coverage standard. Manny or a lead walks every job.

Two things that happened on real jobs.
The Chino Hills wood rot
Pressure washing a Chino Hills exterior before a listing, the crew found wood rot on the siding, then more around a window, then more on the front. All replaced. They also spotted broken roof tiles that had nothing to do with the paint job. Photographed and sent to the homeowner the same day.
Problems caught early
"Excellent job preparing and painting the exterior of our home. They identified areas of concern and dealt with them before they became a problem. Job quality more than met expectations."
